UK Delivery
We offer several delivery options, including Next Day Tracked Delivery across the UK.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide with two options:
- Standard Delivery: 1–2 weeks
- Express Delivery: 2–4 days
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing speed.
Dispatch Times
All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or text notification containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel’s progress in real time.
Customs Fees & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are determined and collected locally by your country’s customs authority. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
If you refuse to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned to Cologne Collection, a return-to-sender fee and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
Customer Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered in full and correctly at checkout.
Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may result in your parcel being returned by the courier. If this occurs, refunds are not guaranteed. At our discretion, we may refund the remaining balance after deducting:
- The original shipping cost
- Any return shipping or courier charges incurred
